Meet the Team

We have a busy and dynamic team of people working out of our base on Shore Street in Lossiemouth, with a mix of full, part-time and zero hours staff covering a variety of roles such as admin, fundraising and bookkeeping as well as our team of Outdoor Instructors, Bikeability Instructors and Bike Mechanics.

We also have a fantastic pool of professional Freelance Instructors who support our delivery where necessary, as well as a large pool of enthusiastic volunteers who, like our staff team, are passionate about the outdoors and love working with young people. Tony Brown MBE

CEO

Tony is our CEO and Company Secretary. He leads the organisation; implementing strategic plans and managing resources and operations. He also supports Trusts and Foundations fundraising, staff development and training as well as delivering some outdoor learning activities.

Karen Cox

Admin & Communications

Karen is our part-time Administrator and Communications. She is also our First Aid Training and Volunteer Co-ordinator and manages our website, social media and marketing.

Donna is our part-time Bike Revolution Delivery Project Lead. She coordinates all our bikeability sessions across Moray, as well as many other cycling projects including: inclusive cycling, led rides, 1-to-1 bike skills sessions and adult cycling confidence classes.
