Event First Aid and Bike Support

Outfit Moray are able to provide event first aid and bike mechanical cover to support adventure challenges and community events across Moray, Aberdeenshire and the Highlands, thanks to our large team of highly experienced and qualified outdoor instructors.

We can cover events of all different capacities, from solo challenges to large multi-discipline events, including cycling, swimming and running events, as well as static community events, such as fun days, fayres, firework displays etc.

As a small charity, fundraising is incredible difficult, and with demand for our services increasing yearly, the income from our event cover services bring in vital funds to help us to continue delivering our life-changing programme of outdoor learning and adventure opportunities, meaning your event is also making a difference to the lives of young people and their families, particularly those who are vulnerable or disadvantaged.

What our clients say:

“A big BIG thank you to all of the Outfit Moray team including the Bike Revolution guys yesterday. A really professional turnout and performance. We got Rolls-Royce service and lots of people including officials who are involved in world-level events commented favourably on the cover we had. Hopefully we shall have an even bigger sportive event on the same weekend next year, so put us in your diary please. “
Mike Greaves, HiVelo, Organiser of the Culloden Cycle Challenge
“Team RAFBF Lossiemouth is a fundraising team, set up to raise funds and awareness of the RAF Benevolent Fund locally.  For the last 3 years Outfit Moray has provided the safety, medical and mechanical cover for our Cairngorm to Coast challenge. The event is a 100km hike and bike where competitors walk from Coire Cas in the Cairngorm mountains to Grantown-on-Spey and then cycle to RAF Lossiemouth. As the event has two completely different elements and covers such a long and challenging distance, it was important to have the correct level of first aid care, as well as a mobile emergency responder unit, and emergency cover, in case of accidents. Outfit Moray gave excellent first aid care to our competitors, providing expert support for minor injuries and blisters. Prior to the event, they made sure they had a complete medical questionnaire from each participant, enabling them to offer the correct and appropriate care, should it be required. Thankfully, due to their event preparation and planning, there have been no major incidents to deal with, but we are extremely confident in their ability to cope with any situation, thanks to their first aid skills, equipment and support they had put in place. The feedback we have received from those taking part praised Outfit Moray for their medical care, knowledge, advice and professionalism. We are looking forward to their support for Cairngorm to Coast again in 2018 and beyond.”
