The Outfit Moray team are instructors with a significant and broad range of skills and experience in outdoor adventure activities and pride ourselves in holding the highest level of qualifications in everything we deliver.

As well as a busy team of outdoor instructors, we also have an ‘office’ based team including; fundraising and bookkeeping.

During busier periods, we will consider people who have at least 2 years’ experience of using outdoor activities for personal development and have relevant NGB qualifications.

Young Person’s Guarantee

We have been supporting young people into employment through our trainee and volunteer programme for years now, so were delighted to sign up to The Young Person’s Guarantee in September 2023.

The YPG brings employers, partners and young people together to help connect every 16 to 24 year old in Scotland to a job, apprenticeship, further or higher education, training or volunteering opportunity and we’re proud to be part of the scheme.
