Scotmid Community Connect – Vote for Us!
We are delighted to be one of the local Scotmid Community Connect chosen charities for 2024 and, if successful, will use the funds to provide free outdoor learning and adventure opportunities for vulnerable and disadvantaged young people through our EnerG strand.
The charity with the most votes will receive £15,000, so we need you to get voting.
Participating stores (see in Google maps):
- Scotmid Bishopmill: 22 North Street, Elgin
- Scotmid Buckie: 103 Milton Drive, Buckie
- Scotmid Burghead: 9-11 Brander Street, Burghead
- Scotmid Fochabers: 73 High Street, Fochabers
- Scotmid Thornhill: 1 Southfield Drive, Elgin
BUT WE NEED YOUR VOTES TO WIN!

Step 1 Become a Scotmid Member: To become a Scotmid member you can pick up and complete an application form in your local Scotmid store (or call their Membership & Community team on 0131 335 4433, and they will happily post a form out to you), then hand your completed form back to your store. Membership costs £1 and every new member receives a £10 voucher to spend in one of their stores.
Step 2 Collect your Votes: Once you have your Community Connect Card, make sure you swipe it at every transaction as this is how your votes are collected.
Step 3 Cast your Votes: Let the cashier know you want to vote for us (you can cast your vote each time you shop, or all at once before 30th April 2024).
Step 4 Attend the Scotmid AGM: Why not attend Scotmid’s April AGM in person, and get 15 bonus votes! We will be heading to Aberdeen ourselves, so if you would like to join us, please email for more info.
