Tesco Stronger Starts
By now, you will probably have seen the new adverts for Tesco’s Stronger Start grants, which help youth charities like ourselves provide healthy activities that support young people’s physical health and mental wellbeing and we are delighted to be one of this quarter’s chosen charities for the Elgin and Keith stores.
Elgin Store: Your Elgin blue tokens will raise funds for us to deliver school holiday activities for the subsidised cost of £25pp (instead of £61).
Keith Store: Your Keith blue tokens will enable us to deliver our Bike Skills sessions during the school holidays, including our popular 1-to-1 Learn to Cycle sessions. These sessions will take place in Keith.
The project with the highest number of votes will receive £1,500, second £1,000, and third £500 so, if you are visiting either store between April and June, please don’t forget to pick up a blue token and pop it into our box (every time you shop) as the number of places we will be able to offer will depend on how much we receive.
PS: If you are also a Scotmid customer, please check out how you can vote for us to win one of their Community Connect grants
