Skydive at St Andrews

How do you fancy 30 seconds of free-fall skydiving, at air speeds of up to 120 miles per hour, to raise funds for Outfit Moray?

We are planning a group skydive at St Andrews on 27th September 2025, so if this sound like something you’d like to do, please check out all the information below and get in touch if you are interested.

Step 1: Please read Skydive St Andrew’s requirements for health, weight and age, and make sure you meet their criteria
Step 2: Make sure you understand the minimum sponsorship requirement and are prepared to commit to raising the funds
Step 3: Email Karen Cox and let her know you want to take part

Once your participation has been confirmed, we’ll add you to a WhatsApp group, where we can make plans and you can meet your fellow mad skydivers.

Sadly, we have no control over the weather, so please make sure you have read Skydive St Andrew’s information regarding weather cancellations, as well as checking out their other FAQs

We will pay your entry fee, and you’ll get an Outfit Moray goody bag with Belay Bear, plus lots of fuss and gratitude, in return for raising a minimum sponsorship of £500. We will also plant a tree in your name in our Trees for Life grove, to celebrate your support and achievement for generations to come!

Alternatively, you can chose to cover all costs yourself (approx £300), which will reduce your minimum sponsorship to £100.

NB: Entries will be confirmed 4 weeks before date of skydive, so the costs for any withdrawals after that will need to be covered.

Please note: this type of vital fundraising supports our work with young people in Moray by helping cover our unavoidable daily running costs. Invariably, there are costs incurred for this type of fundraising, as well as a lot of admin time spent co-ordinating your support, so we do expect people to make every effort to raise their agreed minimum sponsorship.

If you aren’t successful within three months of the event, we will ask you to consider donating the shortfall, to ensure we don’t end up out of pocket.

Ok, I’m in, what happens next?
