Outfit Moray’s First Aid Training Courses

I Thought it was a brilliant day. Well organised, well delivered and fun

Great instructor, very easy to get on with and listens to what you have to say

The information provided on the course was pitched at just right level and was really well put across by the instructor. The practical sessions were excellent learning opportunities giving confidence on how to deal with particular scenarios. I highly recommend the Outfit Moray courses to anyone.

A full course with practical true to life exercises.

I really enjoyed their teaching style. Especially as they gave explanations as to why we treat in a certain way. Excellent Course 10/10.

I found the whole process from booking to attending the course, straightforward and efficient, thank you.

Instructor was excellent and made learning easy. Also patient and very reassuring. I would definitely recommend your course and instructors to others.

Tremendous course with great outdoors scenarios. Keep on doing what you’re doing.

The Basic Life Support with AED course was brilliant! Dawn is amazing, so good at delivering the course in a way that made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. Our participants really did enjoy the course and felt very pleased with themselves and their achievement.

First aid course was very informative, also relaxed and informal. Really enjoyed the day.

Excellent course.  Chris (instructor) knows his stuff. The course was engaging and informative for all areas of outdoor first aid. Highly recommed!

Very useful stuff – almost makes you want to come across a casualty.

I completed an emergency first aid at work course with Outfit Moray and it was very well organised from initial communication to the delivery of the course. Our course leader, Dawn was brilliant! I would highly recommend Outfit Moray for their courses.

Our trainer Dawn Maclean was excellent. She delivered at a good pace, was friendly and encouraging and met the needs of the group extremely well.

I wanted to say how much the two parents who attended the Paediatric First Aid course last Saturday had enjoyed the experience. Both said the lady delivering the course was brilliant.

The course was professionally delivered, supportive and kept interesting.

This course was well delivered by Chris. Kept me engaged the whole time and was great at explaining procedures. Was smoothly delivered.

Course was excellent. I liked the format and practical exercises. Good atmosphere and pace of learning.

Was really well run, would come back if when renewal us due, if allowed by council to book.

Superb training, well informed and experienced trainers who really went the extra mile to ensure each and every participant got the most out of the training. Thorough, professional, fun too!

The course ticked all the boxes, experienced and knowledgeable paramedic delivered course, all very good, and participation helps to fund a fellow outdoor charity (I work for Wild Things). Good to support a local charity whose excellent course is delivered by a skilled and knowledgeable first aid trainer and practitioner.

A first aid course that you’ll get exactly what you need from! It doesn’t matter if you’ve no previous experience or various bits and pieces (which I had, which was just confusing). This course covers everything, from managing everyday stuff properly to dealing competently with much more robust and challenging situations outdoors. Because it never backs away from its principles, you’re not left in any doubt of what’s important to do, and how best to do it. Honestly I couldn’t recommend it highly enough; the type of training that works.

It helps that Outfit Moray have a fantastic instructor in Chris, whose experience in role and enthusiasm make the learning process even more valuable and relatable. I’ve never been on an FA course and learned so much so thoroughly, neither have I completed one and walked away feeling as capable.  Absolutely worth your time.

This is the first course we have used Outfit Moray for and staff raved about it. They thought the delivery was excellent.

Outfit Moray delivered a quality course, tailored to our needs and delivered on-site.

Excellent course

What a fantastic day!

I can’t thank you both enough for arranging and putting on such a brilliant First Aid course for RDA Moray yesterday. It was everything and more that we wanted/needed and it was so kind of you Claire to tailor the day particularly to the various situations that we might find ourselves in at Cranloch. As you know I have done various First Aid courses over the years and I have definitely come away from yesterday far more confident in my own ability and knowledge – I think it was your day job as a paramedic that made the day more informative, enjoyable and educational than others I have attended. Probably helps that I never miss an episode of Holby City or Casualty!

We always do go through the First Aid Procedure with all our volunteers at Training Days and/or at the beginning of the sessions but we will definitely take your advise and look at acting out some scenarios as that would be extremely beneficial. If only we could have done more of that yesterday but, as we said, next time post-Covid!

Again thank you both so much for all you did to make yesterday so successful for us all.

Just wanted to say that the First Aid course is completed now and our Clerical who was on the course has been raving about Chris Morrison (the tutor). He was absolutely amazing and this was by far the best First Aid course that she has been on so far, so thank you again for your help in getting this organised.

Both instructors were fantastic over the weekend and really made them enjoyable courses. Feedback from the staff was it was one of the best courses they have attended.

Booking was straight forward and simple. Course was fantastic and insightful.

What a positive experience that was , having only ever done the office based 1st aid course previously this was so much more useful. Tony as well as Andy and Stew were complete stars sharing the types of hints and tips they have encountered that would help us all in future scenarios.

Really enjoyed the mixture of chat/listening along with practical elements and talking through. There was always time for questions which was really helpful.

The Emergency First Aid At Work course was by far the best first aid training I have experienced and am delighted to share the experience! Many thanks for putting on training events like this locally, very much appreciated.

The website was easy to navigate for information and the booking process. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. We were able to arrange with ease, bespoke courses at a time and place of our choosing. The instructor’s presentation was relaxed, informative and he drew everyone into interactive discussions.

I was very impressed with Chris, he is an engaging, funny and extremely knowledgeable instructor. I enjoyed the course enormously and feel confident in my newly learned skills.

Great course with a great instructor – presented very well, made everything understandable and made course fun and interesting. Liked the outdoor scenarios and group tasks. Thanks!

Very accommodating to achieve booking. A good day’s training achieved.

Fantastic instructor for the outdoor first aid course who guided us with realistic and very life like scenarios.

I did the Blended First Aid at Work a few weeks ago. In terms of learning and engagement out of all the first aid courses I’ve done over the years it was the best by far.

Very well informed and experienced trainer, good venue, great mix of theory and practice.

The First Aid course was excellent and filled me with confidence to continue as a First Aider at work – Thanks!

We cannot rate your quality of service highly enough; from our initial enquiry, making the booking, delivering of the Emergency First Aid at Work course and receipt of the certificates. We highly recommend Outfit Moray.

An informative and enjoyable day of training leaning vital skills to take into the workplace
